Step 1 · One photo in
The photo Chris sent
An ordinary phone selfie — Chris in his cycling jersey, straight off the camera roll. No studio, no stylist, no retake. This photo, plus a short voice sample, is the whole input.
The digitalisation of you
GroomMe records you in one guided session, polishes the takes, and builds your personal digital pack: avatar video messages, a voice profile, a headshot and LinkedIn cover set, an animated character and a realistic avatar — all of you, all from you.
Meet the demo
This is our founder's own transformation — the exact path your pack takes. One photo and a short voice sample went in; everything below came out. Press play.

Step 1 · One photo in
An ordinary phone selfie — Chris in his cycling jersey, straight off the camera roll. No studio, no stylist, no retake. This photo, plus a short voice sample, is the whole input.

Step 2 · The professional set
A suit-and-tie portrait generated from that one photo — same face, same person, boardroom-ready. Chris's verdict on it: “excellent photo”.
Step 3 · The avatar, speaking
A photo avatar built from the generated headshot — not from the casual photo — speaking in Chris's cloned voice. The words are GroomMe's default script, the one every pack's intro is built around: “Hi, I'm Chris — a digital version of me, built from one photo and a short voice sample. This is what GroomMe makes: your face, your voice, ready to introduce yourself, thank a client, or check in — without you ever stepping in front of a camera.”
The voice
The same cloned voice you hear in the avatar video, without the picture: cloned (ElevenLabs) from Chris's own voice recordings, reading the default script. A customer's pack clones from their own short sample the same way.

The whole story
One photo in; a polished digital self out. These are Chris's real outputs from the founder pilot — shown because they are real, not as a promise that every photo polishes identically. Your inputs, your results.
In every pack
One session produces the whole kit — including your voice on voicemail, ready for a phone agent, an embeddable widget that answers visitors with your recorded clips, social-ready vertical and square exports of every clip with caption files built from the exact lines you recorded, a captioned twin of every clip with those captions burned in, plus captioned twins of the vertical and square social exports themselves — the shapes you actually post, captions placed above the platforms' own buttons, ready to post and watchable on mute — a silent looping GIF of every clip for the chats and emails where a video cannot play in-line, with your recorded line beside it as text — your voice on its own as an audio message in each clip: an MP3 that plays anywhere plus a voice-note file in the format WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal record in — a contact card carrying your name, your email and your own headshot, saveable into anyone's phone in one tap, with nothing in it that was not on file — a personal page that pulls your headshot, your clips and your contact card together into one page about you, a file in the pack that you can open anywhere or host wherever you choose — your own headshot sized into profile pictures for everywhere a face stands in for you: square JPEGs at three sizes for LinkedIn, X, GitHub and Slack, plus your face in a circle on transparency for the surfaces that show avatars round — an email signature that presents you at the bottom of every email you send, your name, your recorded intro line, your email and your own headshot, in rich HTML plus a plain-text twin that works everywhere, with nothing in it that was not on file — one showreel file that plays your intro, your thank-you and your check-in back to back as a single MP4, a join of your own recordings with plain cuts and nothing generated, for the places that take one attachment or one upload and not a folder of clips — a print-ready business card, front and back at 1050 by 600 pixels plus a two-page PDF any printer takes, carrying your own headshot, your name, your recorded intro line and your email, for the conference, meeting or pitch that ends with handing over a card, with nothing on it that was not on file — a virtual background for your video calls at 1920 by 1080, the size Zoom, Teams and Meet ask for, carrying your name and your recorded intro line in one top corner and your own headshot in a small circle in the other, with the centre kept clear for you on camera, plus a clean twin with no branding at all, and your email never printed on it because a background is shown to everyone on the call — a letterhead that heads every document you send, a full US Letter page at 300 dpi carrying your name and your recorded intro line at the top, your own headshot in a small circle, a blank body for your own words and your email in the footer, as a JPG plus a one-page PDF for your letters, proposals and cover notes, with nothing on it that was not on file and no letter written for you, because the body is yours — a presentation title slide that opens every talk you give, a 16:9 slide at 1920 by 1080 as a JPG plus a one-page PDF, carrying your name and your recorded intro line low on the slide and your own headshot in a circle, with the upper area left blank for the title of your talk, because no title is ever invented for you, and your email never printed on it, because a slide is projected to everyone in the room — profile header banners at the exact sizes X, YouTube and Facebook ask for, carrying your name, your recorded intro line and your own headshot, with the YouTube banner composed inside the safe area every device shows, no handle ever guessed from your name and your email never printed on a public header, and your LinkedIn cover left where it already lives, in your photo set — an opening and a closing title for your own videos, each a 1920 by 1080 card carrying your name, your own headshot and the line you recorded for it, played with your own recorded voice and no music, no generated speech and no invented call to action — a starting-soon screen for your live streams at 1920 by 1080, carrying your own headshot, your name and your recorded intro line, with no stream title or schedule invented for you, because GroomMe does not know what you stream or when — a back-soon screen for the mid-stream break at the same 1920 by 1080, carrying the same headshot, name and line under a plain Back soon label, with no return time invented for you either, because GroomMe does not know when you will be back — an ending screen for the close of the stream at the same 1920 by 1080, carrying the same headshot and name with the thank-you line you recorded under a plain Thanks for watching label, with no next-stream time and no call to action invented for you, because GroomMe does not know when you will stream again or where else you can be followed — an offline image for your channel at the same 1920 by 1080, carrying the same headshot, name and recorded intro line under a plain Currently offline label, shown to visitors when no stream is running, with no schedule or next-stream time invented for you either — an audiogram of every clip: a square video at 1080 by 1080 for the feeds that do not play a bare audio file, carrying your headshot, your name, a waveform drawn from the clip's own sound and the line you recorded, played with your own recorded voice and no music, no generated speech and no show name invented for you — a still story card at 1080 by 1920 for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Stories and WhatsApp Status, carrying the same headshot, name and recorded intro line inside the central safe band the platforms' own header and reply box leave clear, with no handle, link or call to action invented for you — your face as the icon of your own page: a favicon and app icons at every size a browser tab, a bookmark, a phone home screen and a web app ask for, each one a resize of your own headshot, with no icons at all if there is no usable headshot, because an icon that is not your face is not shipped — chat stickers of your own face, one for each of your messages at 512 by 512 on transparency in the WebP and PNG shapes WhatsApp and Telegram stickers use, with your name and email never printed on them because a sticker gets forwarded, and no stickers at all without a usable headshot, because a sticker that is not your face is not shipped — generated suit-and-tie portraits prepared from your own casual photos, with your identity preserved: a professional set of exactly three bounded portraits, a suited avatar built from the generated portrait rather than the casual photo, and a generated LinkedIn profile and cover set from that same portrait — prepared requests, produced by the wrapped engines at fulfilment, never faked in advance — and a consent ledger that records, per use, what may use your face and voice — with licensing to anyone else denied by default. Two groups are generated with the avatar rail; the rest are produced from your own recordings on our local pipeline.
Your intro, thank-you and check-in clips — polished recordings of you, ready to send anywhere.
Produced from your recordings
A voice profile built from your anchor take, with playable samples in your own voice.
Produced from your recordings
A polished headshot and a LinkedIn cover composed from your own session — no stock photos, no one else.
Produced from your recordings
A stylised animated version of you for marketing, socials and anywhere a cartoon-you works better. The pack carries its generation request + brief (fal adapter, see animated_character.py); the character itself is produced when the generation rail is keyed — never faked.
Generation rail · arrives with the pilot
The photoreal avatar asset — embeddable, reusable, unmistakably you. Produced by a best-in-class avatar engine, wrapped by GroomMe. The pack carries the bounded supplier requests prepared from your own photos and voice anchor (supplier_fulfilment.py): no call is made and no credit spent until a consented pilot step executes them — never faked.
Best-in-class engine · wrapped by GroomMe
An embeddable widget for your own page that answers hello, thank-you and check-in with your recorded clips — scripted and honest, never a fake live conversation.
Produced from your recordings
The control layer over your whole digital self: a per-use ledger of what may use your face and voice (and what may never), an event record for every grant and revocation, and one-action delete-everything. Licensing to anyone else is denied by default — your likeness is not inventory.
Produced from your recordings
Your clips, ready to post: a vertical 1080x1920 export and a square feed export of each message, plus a thumbnail from the clip itself — your full frame preserved over a blurred fill, nothing cropped away. Reformats of your own recordings only; caption files for each clip ride in the captions group.
Produced from your recordings
An SRT and a WebVTT caption file for each of your clips, built from the exact lines you recorded — most social video is first watched on mute, so captioned clips are watchable silently and readable by everyone. The words are your recorded script, timed across the clip; plain text, yours to edit before posting.
Produced from your recordings
Every clip again with its captions burned into the picture — watchable with the sound off, postable as-is to Reels, TikTok and Shorts with no editor step. The words are the exact lines you recorded; the clean clips and editable caption files stay in the pack too.
Produced from your recordings
Your social exports with captions already in the picture: a vertical 1080x1920 and a square 1080x1080 captioned version of each clip — the exact shapes for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and feed, postable as-is and watchable on mute, no caption sticker or editor step. On vertical files the captions sit above the part of the frame the platforms cover with their own buttons. The words are the exact lines you recorded; the clean exports stay in the pack too.
Produced from your recordings
Every clip as a short silent GIF that loops and plays in-line in WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, Teams and email — where a video file often can't play at all. Silent by format: your recorded line rides beside it as text to paste. The full clips with your voice stay in the pack.
Produced from your recordings
Every clip as your voice alone: an MP3 that attaches and plays anywhere, plus an OGG/Opus file in the native voice-note format WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal record in — sendable as a voice message in the chats where a video is too much and a silent loop says nothing. Extracted from your own recordings only; no speech is generated.
Produced from your recordings
You as a contact: a standard vCard file carrying your name, your email and your own polished headshot — send it in any chat or email and the person receiving it saves you into their phone in one tap. Only what is on file: no phone number, address or title is ever invented to fill it out.
Produced from your recordings
The pack on one page: your headshot, every video message playable in place with the line you recorded, and a link to your contact card — one HTML file that travels with the pack. Open it from the unpacked folder, or put the folder on any static host and it is your page on the web. GroomMe does not host it and prints no URL for it — the address is yours to choose.
Produced from your recordings
Your own headshot, sized for everywhere a face stands in for you: square JPEGs at 1024, 512 and 256 pixels for LinkedIn, X, GitHub, Slack and every other profile photo, plus your face in a circle on transparency at 512 and 256 for the surfaces that show avatars round. Every file is a resize of your own polished headshot — nothing generated, nothing substituted.
Produced from your recordings
A signature that presents you at the bottom of every email you send: your name, the intro line you recorded, your email and your own polished headshot — as a rich HTML signature plus a plain-text twin that works in every client. Built only from what is on file: no job title, company or social link is ever invented to fill it out, and the headshot is embedded in the file, never a hosted image GroomMe claims to serve.
Produced from your recordings
Every video message joined back to back in order — intro, thank-you, check-in — as a single MP4: the version of you that travels as one attachment or one upload, for the places that take a file and not a folder. A join of your own recordings only, with plain cuts and nothing generated; the separate clips stay in the pack too.
Produced from your recordings
You on card, ready to print: a front and a back at 1050x600 pixels (a standard 3.5" x 2" card at 300 dpi) plus a two-page PDF any printer takes — your own polished headshot, your name, the intro line you recorded and your email. For the room no file reaches: the conference, the meeting, the pitch that ends with handing over a card. Only what is on file: no job title, company or phone number is ever invented to fill it out.
Produced from your recordings
A background for your video calls at 1920x1080 — the size Zoom, Teams and Meet ask for: your name and the intro line you recorded in the top-left, your own polished headshot in a small circle in the top-right, and the centre kept clear for you on camera — plus a clean twin with no name, no line and no face for calls where branding is too much. Your email is never printed on it: a background is shown to everyone on the call. Only what is on file: no job title, company or website is ever invented to fill it out.
Produced from your recordings
Your headed page, ready to use: a full US Letter page at 300 dpi (2550x3300) as a JPG plus a one-page PDF — your name and the intro line you recorded at the top, your own polished headshot in a small circle, a blank body for your words, and your email in the footer. For the letters, proposals, quotes and cover notes where your serious business is done in writing. Only what is on file: no job title, company, phone number or postal address is ever invented to fill it out, and GroomMe writes no letter for you — the body is yours.
Produced from your recordings
The front of every deck you present: a 16:9 title slide at 1920x1080 as a JPG plus a one-page PDF — the upper area left blank for the title of your talk (yours to write; none is ever invented for you), your name and the intro line you recorded low on the slide, and your own polished headshot in a circle. For pitches, talks, webinars and lessons. Your email is never printed on it: a slide is projected to everyone in the room. Only what is on file: no job title, company or website is ever invented to fill it out.
Produced from your recordings
Header banners at the exact sizes the big profile surfaces ask for: X at 1500x500, YouTube at 2560x1440 with your name, line and face inside the central safe area every device shows, and Facebook at 1640x924 — your name, the intro line you recorded and your own polished headshot. Your LinkedIn cover is not duplicated: it ships in your photo set. Only what is on file: no handle is ever guessed from your name, and your email is never printed on a public header.
Produced from your recordings
Your voice where you can't pick up: a voicemail greeting you can upload today, plus a phone-agent-ready profile so an agent can greet callers and take a message — under your consent, revocable by deleting your kit.
Produced from your recordings
You as a code any phone camera reads: a 1024x1024 QR PNG encoding your contact directly — your name, your email and the intro line you recorded as a standard vCard payload — so printing it on your card, your slide or your profile turns a meeting into a saved contact in one scan. The data is in the code itself: no tracking link, no GroomMe server in the loop, no expiry, and nobody counts your scans. No photo rides in the code — a scannable code cannot carry one; your contact card carries your headshot for file hand-offs. Only what is on file: no phone number, address or title is ever invented to fill it out.
Produced from your recordings
You, named on screen: a transparent 1920x1080 overlay (plus a 1280x720 twin) carrying only your name plate at the bottom-left — your name, the intro line you recorded and your own polished headshot in a circle — for OBS, Riverside or a video editor to lay over your own recorded or streamed video, the way television names a speaker. The rest of the frame is transparent, measured not assumed. Only what is on file: no title or company is ever invented, and your email is never printed on a broadcast graphic.
Produced from your recordings
You on the screens you look at most: a phone wallpaper at 1179x2556 and a desktop wallpaper at 2560x1440 — your own polished headshot, your name and the intro line you recorded. A lost phone is identifiable as yours, without your email ever being printed on a lock screen anyone can see. Only what is on file: no title or company is ever invented to fill it out.
Produced from your recordings
You on one page for the people who book speakers: a US Letter page at 300 dpi as a JPG plus a one-page PDF — your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name, the intro line you recorded and your email in the footer, with a large blank area for the biography and topics YOU write. Only what is on file: no biography, topic, credential or fee is ever invented to fill it out, because GroomMe does not know what you speak about.
Produced from your recordings
Your opening title for your own videos: a 1920x1080 card carrying your own polished headshot, your name and the intro line you recorded, played with the audio of your own QA-passed intro recording — your own voice saying your own line. No music is included and no speech is generated. Only what is on file: no title, company or channel name is ever invented, and your email is never printed on a broadcast opening.
Produced from your recordings
You on the cover of your own show: square cover art at 3000x3000 (the size Apple Podcasts recommends) plus a 1400x1400 twin — your own polished headshot, your name and the intro line you recorded. No show title is ever invented: GroomMe does not know the name of your show, and your email is never printed on public cover art.
Produced from your recordings
Your face on the thumbnail of your own videos: a 1280x720 JPG (the size YouTube recommends) — your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, and a large blank area for the video title you add. No video title is ever invented: GroomMe does not know what your video is about, and your email is never printed on a public thumbnail.
Produced from your recordings
Your starting-soon screen for live streams: a 1920x1080 JPG — your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, under a plain Starting soon label. No stream title or schedule is ever invented: GroomMe does not know what you stream or when, and your email is never printed on a broadcast screen.
Produced from your recordings
Your face at the smallest size there is: a favicon.ico plus PNG icons at 16, 32, 180, 192 and 512 pixels — the tab, bookmark, home-screen and web-app icons for your own page, every one a resize of your own polished headshot. No usable headshot, no icons: an icon that is not your face is not shipped, and no initials logo is substituted. No text is printed on them and GroomMe hosts nothing — the files are yours to place wherever your page lives.
Produced from your recordings
You as a sticker: one for each of your fixed messages — hello, thank-you, check-in — at 512x512 on transparency as WebP plus PNG, the size and formats WhatsApp and Telegram stickers use, every one your own polished headshot in a circle with the message's own name under it. No usable headshot, no stickers: a sticker that is not your face is not shipped, and no initials logo is substituted. Your name and email are never printed on them — a sticker gets forwarded — and GroomMe claims no integration: the files are yours to add through Telegram's @Stickers bot or a free WhatsApp sticker-maker app.
Produced from your recordings
Your back-soon screen for live streams: a 1920x1080 JPG — your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, under a plain Back soon label. No stream title, schedule or return time is ever invented: GroomMe does not know what you stream or when you will be back, and your email is never printed on a broadcast screen.
Produced from your recordings
Your ending screen for live streams: a 1920x1080 JPG — your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name and the thank-you line you recorded, under a plain Thanks for watching label. No stream title, schedule, next-stream time or call to action is ever invented: GroomMe does not know what you stream, when you will stream again or where else you can be followed, and your email is never printed on a broadcast screen.
Produced from your recordings
Your offline image for your channel: a 1920x1080 JPG — your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, under a plain Currently offline label. No stream title, schedule or next-stream time is ever invented: GroomMe does not know what you stream or when you will stream next, and your email is never printed on a public channel image.
Produced from your recordings
For every clip, a square 1080x1080 video for the feeds that do not play a bare audio file: your own polished headshot in a circle, your name, a waveform drawn from the clip's own sound, and the exact line you recorded, played with your own recorded voice. No speech or music is generated, no show name is invented, and your email is never printed on a public post.
Produced from your recordings
You as a still Story: a vertical 1080x1920 JPG for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Stories and WhatsApp Status — your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, composed inside the central safe band so the platforms' own header and reply box never cover you. Only what is on file: no handle, link or call to action is ever invented, and your email is never printed on a public Story.
Produced from your recordings
You worn in the room: a 1200x900 JPG at 4 x 3 inches at 300 dpi — the standard conference and meetup badge size — carrying your own polished headshot in a circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, ready to print and slip into a badge holder. Only what is on file: no event name, organisation or role is ever invented, and your email is never printed on a badge worn in public.
Produced from your recordings
The top of your own publication: a 1200x400 JPG — twice the standard 600 x 200 newsletter header display size, so it stays sharp on retina screens — carrying your own polished headshot in a circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, ready to upload as the header of your Substack, Beehiiv or email newsletter. Only what is on file: no publication name, subscribe link or call to action is ever invented, and your email is never printed on a header that gets forwarded.
Produced from your recordings
How you look when your link travels: a 1200x630 JPG — the Open Graph image size LinkedIn, X, Facebook, iMessage, Slack and WhatsApp use for link previews — carrying your own polished headshot in a circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, plus the two meta lines that wire it to a page you host. Only what is on file: no URL, handle, headline or call to action is ever invented, and your email is never printed on a preview that is public by definition.
Produced from your recordings
You on your own wrist: a 792x968 JPG — the 396 x 484 smartwatch face display size at 2x, so it stays sharp on retina watches — carrying your own polished headshot in a large circle, your name and the intro line you recorded, composed with the top kept clear for the watch's own clock. Only what is on file: no time, date or complication is ever invented (your watch draws the real ones), and your email is never printed on a face glanced at in public.
Produced from your recordings
Your closing title for your own videos: a 1920x1080 card carrying your own polished headshot, your name and the thank-you line you recorded, played with the audio of your own QA-passed thank-you recording — your own voice closing your own video. No music is included, no speech is generated and no call to action is invented: no subscribe prompt, handle or link is ever guessed. Only what is on file, and your email is never printed on a broadcast closing.
Produced from your recordings
The professional version of you, generated from your own casual photos: three bounded suit-and-tie portraits with your identity preserved, a suited avatar built from the generated portrait — not the casual photo — and a LinkedIn profile + cover generated from that portrait, not cropped from the casual one. The pack carries the prepared, consent-gated requests (professional.py): no generation or supplier call is made and nothing is spent until a consented fulfilment step executes them — never faked.
Generation rail · arrives with the pilot
Try the demo widget · Tier 3
Every pack includes an embeddable widget that responds to visitors with the owner's own recorded clips. Try the sample persona's version: pick a line, the matching clip plays. It is a scripted responder over recorded clips — not a live conversation, and it never pretends to be one.
Hello — this is Alex's recorded avatar.
How it works
After checkout you get your own guided capture link. Your webcam and our teleprompter walk you through the lines below — retakes included, about ten minutes. Short on time? A photo-only fast path — three guided photos — can prepare your realistic avatar on its own.
Your takes get a professional touch-up pass, and we build your personal avatar model and voice profile from them.
You receive the downloadable digital pack above — video messages, voice, photos and characters — ready to use wherever you show up online.
The session
Exactly what you record is exactly what comes back in your pack.
“Hello, I'm {name} — this is my AI avatar, built from my own recording session with GroomMe.”Intro clip — introduce yourself anywhere, without re-recording yourself.
“Thank you so much — I really appreciate it, and I'll be in touch soon.”Thank-you clip — a warm, personal thank-you you can send in seconds.
“Hey, just checking in — hit me up when you've got a minute.”Check-in clip — a casual nudge that still sounds and looks like you.
“The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Every voice has its own music — this is mine, on an ordinary day, saying ordinary things clearly.”Not a deliverable — this take is what your voice profile and avatar model are trained from.
The self-only promise
GroomMe records the person who paid, in their own live session — no uploads of other people, no impersonation, ever. Your face and voice model are yours: built from your session, used only for your pack, and deletable on request at any time. Consent isn't a guardrail here. It's the product.
Why GroomMe
Under the hood, GroomMe rents the same class of avatar and voice engines the big platforms run — the HeyGen and ElevenLabs class — and does the consent, packaging and polish around them. What we don't rent is you.
$20 once. The platforms charge monthly forever for the same engines; your pack is a finished thing, so you pay for it like one.
Your face and voice are used to build your pack — never sold, never shared, never trained into anyone else's model.
One action from your capture link wipes your takes, your model and your pack from our systems. No ticket, no retention call.
Every asset is a download you keep — standard video, audio and image files. No lock-in viewer, no expiring library.
